We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at heyyall@domdomhair.com for a return authorization number. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
